To enquire about the availabity of a place(s) at Highfield After School Club please complete the following form. If we are able to offer you a place, you will also need to complete a registration form, parent contract, photograph permission slip and signed walking procedure. Reservations will be confirmed only when all forms are completed and handed in, and subsequent invoice paid.
